By accessing or using the NotPixel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform connects AI tool owners (Publishers) with advertisers (Advertisers) for intelligent advertising delivery.
2. Platform Roles
Publishers: Responsible for integrating and displaying ads within their AI interfaces, ensuring a positive end-user experience.
Advertisers: Responsible for creating ethical advertising content and funding their campaigns.
3. Obligations and Permitted Use
Platform users must act in good faith, avoiding any attempts at fraud or metrics manipulation. Use of the service to disseminate illegal, dangerous content, or content that violates third-party rights is strictly prohibited.
4. Monetization
Payments and distributions are calculated based on actual ad delivery. We reserve the right to audit suspicious activity to ensure the financial integrity of the ecosystem.
5. Intellectual Property
All NotPixel technology, including our proprietary processing methods, SDKs, and infrastructure, remains our exclusive property. Use of the platform does not grant the user access to internal logic or data processing methodologies, which are protected as trade secrets.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide state-of-the-art technology, but do not guarantee specific commercial results or uninterrupted system availability under all circumstances.
